Can I delegate access to my home energy management system?
Yes, you can delegate access to family members or other trusted individuals. This allows them to help with configuration and management of your account and plans, providing flexibility and convenience.
By delegating access to your account to another person, you are consenting to them accessing data related to that energy account. This includes the energy data for assets installed at that premise, accepting and configuring plans and automations at that premise, and controlling assets. Delegating access to one account does not allow the other person to access other accounts that you may have, nor will they have access to your user profile. You can stop sharing at any time, but this will not undo the changes that the delegate did to your accounts while they had access.
