Decommissioning a Voltello CSIP Plan
We will deactivate the control from the Voltello device and de-commission the site.
You may also have to notify the utility to de-register the site before you switch to a new controller.
If the device is offline for an extended period and export limits are not being applied, then the site may be non-compliant. Please do not unplug the Voltello device without contacting us first.

It is the responsibility of the Installer or site owner to contact the utility and register the site with the new CSIP controller.
