Does the LinkZB / LinkPro device only turn the inverters on/off, or can they scale output to accurately match household consumption?
The LinkZB / LinkPro devices don't just turn inverters on or off. Output can be scaled anywhere in the range but matching the household consumption requires a consumption meter that the device can access. If you have a consumption meter, inverter output can be reduced to match household load in order to avoid exports to the grid when prices are negative. If you don't have a consumption meter, inverter production can be set to a lower point (e.g., 3kw for a 5kw inverter) in order to reduce exports when prices are negative.
