How do I check that the site has been Provisioned successfully?

How do I check that the site has been Provisioned successfully?

It is the responsibility of the installer to verifying provisioning is successful. You can do this by checking the results of provisioning attempts in the app. There are multiple ways to do this. Please make sure you check that provisioning has been successful before leaving site or turning inverters off. You will not receive the LFDI if Provisioning fails

If provisioning fails, you will receive a notification containing information on what caused the failure.

Checking Provisioning results

Please make sure notification permissions are allowed for the Voltello app.

1. Wait for the Provisioning Results notification or check the notifications tab in the app. Tap on the Notification to view more details.

2. When provisioning is finished, check the Preferences page for the provisioning results.

3. Check the Events tile on the Plan page for the Provisioning progress.

Finding the Site details (LFDI)

When the site has been verified (I.e. that the Link device is able to read and control all inverters on site, the meter is connected and the control profile has been updated successfully), you will be emailed the LFDI and site details to register the site with the utility.

You will receive an email from ‘noreply@village.energy’ with the subject ‘Site verification successful’.
This email will be sent to the address you registered your Voltello account with, and contains the address, NMI and LFDI of the site.

You can also find and copy the site details from the Preferences Page when you view the provisioning results.

If Provisioning fails, you will NOT receive this information, so please check this before leaving the site or turning inverters off.
