How do I delegate access to my account?

You can share (delegate) access to your Voltello Account with others, and remove access at any time. When you share access to your account, the delegated user will be able to:
  1. Accept and modify plans
  2. View your energy data
  3. Control your devices
  4. Add and configure new devices
  5. Modify your address and NMI (e.g. for CSIP compliance)
To delegate access to another user, they must have a Voltello account.
To give a user access to your account, or view accounts shared with you, navigate to the Menu Tab and select ‘Manage Access’.



Shared with others: View who has access to your account, add or remove access to your account. You will need the email address of the person to delegate access. Tap the three-dot menu to view more options.


Shared with me: View who has shared their account with you and manage your access to other accounts. Tap the three-dot menu to view options.


When someone shares their home with you, you can navigate to it in the Home Tab in the Accounts Carousel.



You can remove shared access to your account, and your access to accounts shared with you, at any time in the ‘Manage Access’ menu.
