How do I enable Modbus on my iStore Inverter?


To enable MODBUS communication via HiSolar (iStore WLAN dongle required):
  1. Open HiSolar Application
  2. Select SET
  3. Select Dongle parameter settings
  4. Select Modbus TCP
  5. Select enabled (unrestricted)
Once settings are completed, select finish and disconnect from inverter Wi-Fi access point.

You may require an installer password to access these settings. Please contact your installer for assistance with enabling Modbus for your iStore Inverter. 


If you have completed the above but you're not seeing data in the Voltello app, check the TLS encryption and Port number by following the instructions in the document attached to this article.
