How do I manually control my Battery?

How do I manually control my Battery?

When you've added your battery and selected your plan, you'll be able to open the controls for your battery.

You can set the following:
1. Toggle on/off charging,
2. Toggle on/off forced discharge,
3. Set the power input/output of the battery,
4. Toggle on/off Self Consumption Mode (SCM).

If you toggle 'Charging' ON while 'Discharging' is ON, the 'Discharging' will automatically be turned off, and vice versa. This also applies to the 'SCM' toggle.
Toggling OFF charging or discharging puts the battery into Self Consumption Mode (SCM).
Toggling OFF Self Consumption Mode (SCM) puts the battery into 'Idle' mode.

Remember to disable your Battery for Amber/Localvolts automation when you are using manual control!
Your Battery for Amber or Battery for Localvolts automation runs every 5 minutes and sends new commands to your battery each time. This means your manual control will be overridden in the next 5 minute action if you leave your plan 'Active'.

Scroll down to the 'Manage this Plan' section to suspend your automation.
