When you've added your inverter and selected your plan, you'll be able to open the controls for your inverter.
You can set the following:
1. Power on/off,
2. Set inverter output
3. Reset, i.e. remove any active controls/commands.
Setting the Inverter's output
You have two options for your inverter output:
1. Set a fixed kW to produce, OR
2. Set an export amount (Requires a Smart Meter in the app).
If you don't set a time, then this control will be applied until either one of the following:
- The end of the day, or
- Until another control is sent (manually, or via an active plan), or
- Until you 'Reset' the controls.
If you set a timer, then the control will be applied for the set amount of time and then removed (provided there is no active plan which will override the controls!)

You can only use the 'Set an export amount' if you have a Smart Meter configured in the app. You will get an error or it just won't work if you try setting 'Export' amounts without a smart meter!
Remember!

Remember to disable your Solar for Amber automation when you are using manual control!
Your Solar for Amber automation runs every 5 minutes and sends new commands to your inverter each time. This means your manual control will be overridden in the next 5 minute action if you leave your plan 'Active'.
Scroll down to the 'Manage this Plan' section to suspend your automation.
