I have not received an email verification code to complete my account registration, what now?

Once you've downloaded the Voltello app and registered an account, the app will ask for a verification code / OTP that will be emailed to the email address that you have entered when registering in the app. 
If you do not receive this code very shortly after the app says that it has been sent, make sure to check your email's spam folder. Customers have often found that it ends up in there. 

If this does not work, and the code is not in your junk folder, please raise a support ticket with us, so we can assist you further.
