My Link Device isn't connecting to WiFi/Bluetooth during setup.

If your device is stuck on a connection page while onboarding, please check the following:
  1. Make sure you're connecting to a 2.4GHz network.
  2. Make sure you're NOT connected to a guest network. Guest networks often prevent devices from talking to each other.
  3. Make sure you have allowed the 'Voltello' app access to your bluetooth and WiFi. You may have to check your phone's privacy settings.
