The customer is migrating from another CSIP client to Voltello. What needs to be done?
If the site has been previously registered with a different controller/client for CSIP compliance, this must be decommissioned and removed before installation and provisioning a Voltello device.
This includes third-party controllers (SwitchDin, GreenSync, CatchPower, etc) AND any native inverter controls.
If the site has been previously registered with a different LFDI, you may also have to contact the utility provider to remove the original registration and white-list the customer's NMI
