What do the coloured LED lights mean on my LinkZB / LinkPro?
The LinkZB and LinkPro devices have LED lights which blinks different colour combinations depending on the status of the WiFi connection and Bluetooth pairing mode. Please see below for more information on what the combinations of colours indicate.
Blue Blinking
The device has lost Wi-Fi connection. Please check your internet connection.
Green Blinking
The device is now in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Green on
The communication chip in the Link device is working as expected.
Green Off
The communication chip in the Link device is not working as it should be. Please raise a support ticket.
Blue and Green Blinking Rapidly
The device is in Factory Reset mode.
(If it suddenly lost WiFi connectivity please try a different power adapter with a 1A or higher power rating.)
