I didn't add my NMI when I created my account. How do I add my NMI now?

It's easy to add or update your National Metering Identifier (NMI) in the Voltello app. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to Menu in the bottom Navigation Bar:


2. Select 'Energy Account' from the list of Menu options:


3. Select the Account that you would like to edit. You may have more than one if you have multiple addresses or have access to others accounts:


4. Scroll down to locate the 'NMI' field. Add the NMI and click 'Update Details':


This will add your NMI to your Account. If you need to correct it you can follow the steps above.
