Make sure the site has all of the following to ensure successful provisioning.
Some warnings will show prior to provisioning if the requirements are not met, for example:
- Customer’s NMI is blank, or
- Customer does not have a meter/inverter added to their Voltello account.
Other requirements for successful provisioning and control:
- If the NMI is entered, it must be correct,
- The inverter output must be greater than 0.5kW,
- The Inverter must have Modbus TCP control enabled, with Modbus commands as 1st Priority,
- There must be no local limits or control applied to the inverter/meter during provisioning,
- The inverters should NOT be installed as a cascaded configuration.
