What are the settings in Battery for Amber?

You can automate battery charging and discharge based on your Amber Buy and Sell (FiT) Price.

Maximum Charge Price (c/kWh)

The Maximum Charge Price is the Buy Price that triggers charging. Your battery will charge while the Buy Price stays below this value.

Minimum Discharge Price (c/kWh)

The Minimum Discharge Price is the Sell Price that triggers discharging. Your battery will discharge when the Sell Price is above this value (and the SOC is above the Discharge Threshold).

Discharge Threshold (SOC %)

Enter the state of charge percentage you want to limit your discharge to. Your battery won't be discharged past this. 

Discharging all the way to 0% may result in your battery charging immediately afterwards. We're working on this so that you can maximise your savings. We recommend checking your battery's native settings for a reserve level and matching your Voltello setting to the reserve SOC %.
