How long after I register and set up my device will it start curtailing?

Once you have connected your inverter with the LinkZB or LinkPro device, it will enter a reboot sequence, which could take up to 1minute.
Furthermore, your we use an API to fetch your Amber price signal every 5 minutes, so in theory, it could take a up to , but no more than 6 minutes before your inverter will be curtailed.

If you have completed the onboarding, and you are experiencing a negative FiT period, but the curtailment does not seem to be working, then please ensure that MODBUS is enabled on your device.
You can read more about that here:

Please note: Modbus should be enabled by default on all Sungrow inverters.

If you have enabled Modbus, and curtailment still does not seem to be working, please raise a support ticket by emailing us at: support@villageenergy.zohodesk.com
