How do I get started in the Voltello App?
1. Open the App, create your account and add your Address & NMI.
You’ll need your NMI if you are planning on registering your site for Flexible Exports / Emergency Backstop. Your NMI is used to find your Utility and show you the correct plan.
2. Configure your Inverter Modbus & WiFi settings
If you're adding Inverters or Smart Meters with the Voltello LinkPro, you'll need to make sure that the inverters are ready to communicate with the device.
3. Add your devices through the New Device button in the Home Tab.
4. Select your Plan from the Home Tab Carousel.
Or, you can find it in the Menu tab - tap ‘Plans and Offers, then ‘More Plans’.
5. When you open and select a plan, you’ll be able to configure your Plan Preferences.
Once configured, you’ll be able to find the plan under the device you assigned it to in the Connection Tab.
If your plan didn’t require a device to assign it to, you’ll find it in the Plans and Offers page under ‘Active Plans’.
View the automations, activity and edit your settings by opening the Plan’s page.
