Setup Troubleshooting

Common Problems

Problem: My Customer isn’t available in my App.

Solution: Ask Customer to share access.


Problem: There is no CSIP / Flexible Exports plan.

Solution: Customer has ‘rejected’ the CSIP plan. Approve Plan from the ‘Menu / Plans and Offers / More Plans / Newly Available’ menu.



Problem: No inverters or meters are found.

Solution: Move Voltello Link device to the same network and make sure it’s not a ‘Guest’ Wi-Fi network.

Solution: Enable Modbus TCP on all inverters.
